Today Plug-In. The Today Plug-In features a customizable look-and-feel, backlight control and battery/memory indicators. Browse our icon collection and choose from more than 20 themes. Today Plug-In features include:

Pocket Internet Explorer. Enhance your Pocket PC Internet Explorer with tools, such as Tabs (to open more than 1 page at the same time), Smart Scrolling, Fast Search, Full Screen Mode, Save As (to save pictures or a Web page), view source and more. Internet Explorer features include:

• Tabs similar to those in IE7
• The ability to drag the screen with your finger

File Explorer. Find, use and enjoy the following new embedded features in the File Explorer:

• "Folder Up" button
• Storage card format feature
• ZIP support. You can now compress and decompress files, groups of files and folders.
• You can now view and edit file and folder properties. Just tap-and hold on a desired object and select Properties from the context menu.
• File encryption support. Now, you can save files encrypted with strong AES algorithm.
• The shortcut icons in Today plug-in can be easily extended with file shortcuts directly from File Explorer.

Open/Save Dialog. Many Pocket PC applications offer to save or open documents directly from their respective programs. For this action, most programs call for the standard file Open/Save dialog. The problem is, however, that this dialog only lets you open files from "My Documents" and the top folder of the storage card.

We have extended the standard Open/Save dialog with a new enhanced one, which allows you to open files on your device from any folder.

Fast Program Switching. As Pocket PC devices are becoming more keyboard-oriented, a good task-switching utility is vital. You can now assign the [Switch Programs (Alt-Tab)] command to a hardware button. Just press the assigned hardware button several times to select an application you need. After you select it, the application will automatically open.

A Close Button that Really Closes. The standard behavior of Windows Mobile is to minimize an application when the X-button is tapped. That means the application will not be closed and it will remain in the background memory. Speed up your Pocket PC by closing running programs. Thanks to Spb Pocket Plus, applications can really be closed with only one tap on the X-button. In addition, the task manager menu will appear if you tap-and-hold on the X-button. With the task manager, you can easily switch between all active applications.

Safe Mode. Stop losing data when you install Today Plug-Ins! This feature of Spb Pocket Plus gives you the option to start the device in Safe Mode. In Safe Mode, all the Today Plug-Ins, third-party services and startup programs are disabled.
