Introducing Dataviz Roadsync for Palm OS

Using the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync protocol, RoadSync provides secure, wireless and direct push synchronization of email, calendar, contacts and attachments.

Look for these Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2) features:

Direct Push Technology
Support for Direct Push Technology ensures that the device automatically receives new email and other PIM data from a company's Exchange Server. RoadSync uses an HTTP connection with industry-standard SSL encryption to securely push email, calendar and contact notifications to and from the device.

Global Address List (GAL) Lookup
Access to the corporate contact list provides a deeper level of mobile office connectivity, while maintaining a local personalized and filtered contact list.

Remote Wipe Security
Through central device management tools, Exchange administrators can remove all sensitive data from the device. This security feature will protect corporate data when devices are lost or fall into the wrong hands.

Select IT Policies
Exchange administrators can manage user policies, such as requiring a device password and locally wiping the device after a number of failed login attempts.

Mass Configuration Tool
Corporations, operators and Exchange hosting companies can generate a pre-configured RoadSync application for faster and more managed deployments. With this tool, server settings can be pre-defined, access points can be locked down and privileges can be granted on a global, group or individual basis. This feature does not require SP2.
